I bought outlook from them. Waited for days for the activation code. Had to reload it after a virus. Went back to the site, reload, and now the key won’t work. I have emailed twice and it’s been 9 days no response. WHY didn’t I see this post before I bought. I’m officially a sucker!!!!

I can’t believe I’ve been so stupid! I’m a fairly experienced admin and was doing an emergency upgrade/setup of an pc that NEEDED done immediately. Only option was to buy Outlook 2007 straight away online. The rest of the story could have been written by this guy here, as it happened EXACTLY the same - except the part about getting my monye back. Can’t believe I was suckered into this -thought it a bit fishy but was under pressure and overlooked the obvious signs because of that.

DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT SITE!

Glad you found the site and complained — one less sucker for them to have screwed. It appears the secret is to not do business with them — but if you do to scream and you might get your money back or the codes after days of waiting.

Amazing! I shouted very loud and did all steps recommended above and then I got my unlock code and an apology after 5 days of waiting. Still can’t help but be suspicious though - especially now when I look at the website design in more detail, and the resolution email I got was a gmail address.

Still think you should shop elsewhere . . .

Yeah it’s obvious that the post above me, Gurov, is somebody who works for ShopNRoll. A simple Google search on this company (I mean criminals) will show you page after page of people getting ripped off. If you still want to purchase from them I have a bridge in Brooklyn I would love to sell you!

I got from them outlook and i see it the post after , i got my product with some delay too but i got it and all was ok , the product activate over the internet with Microsoft . I think they are not a fraud after all but they have some problems with personal . Anyway my product worked good and that’s good thing . I’m sorry about my english is not my first language !

Thanks for the post! I was just looking for a quick download of Outlook and was considering purchasing from ShopNRoll.com, but was leery of a website I’d never heard of before. A google search brought me to your post (as well as other less detailed complaints) and, thanks to you, I definitely won’t be buying from them now. Thanks for saving me some trouble.
